What a breath of fresh air on this gloomy day! This was so immersive and beautiful! I cannot wait for more of this work from you! Just beautiful, Chlo! The art, the music, the words, the voices.
Chloe, hi! Thank you for sharing this gift with the world! I really enjoyed this experience, from the postcard, to the illustrations, to the music, to the story, to your own words. It felt very immersive. I’ve listened a few times. This 5 minutes moved me and I am looking forward to new episodes. Your “things found in real life” is a great addition, I like to see more of you and things that have inspired you, the poem struck an interesting chord in me. Great work, keep it up!! All the pressure and pain transmuted into shiny diamonds. Thank you for sharing your art, and other artists, and a deeper side of yourself, Chloe. With love and hugs, Ellyn
Ellyn, thank you. I'm so glad it touched you. (And I love that: "All the pressure and pain transmuted into shiny diamonds." I didn't think of it quite that way, but yes, it feels like that.) So much love back your way. —C
Ah thank you so much Alisa! I love sharing things with you that I know you will enjoy (and I'm so happy this is one of them.) Hey, we gotta bring IRL back! <3 :)
This is a new art form. I don't quite know what to call it...and it is a brilliant, soul felt and intriguing. I listened and wanted more. I sent it to a friend so as to watched her face as she listened. When she realized what the diamonds on the postcard represented the light bulb went on. "Cool" she said. "This is really, really cool." The Alive hour is like a booster shot of light and creativity right when you need it.
"A booster shot of light and creativity." You truly get me Lyn. A thousand thank yous for listening, sharing, and especially with encouraging me on this. More coming atcha soon. <3
As soon as I finished this, I just started it up again. Loved it both times. The music, the written word, the spoken word, all works together and I agree with another listener -- you have created an immersive experience. The diamonds will stay with me for a long time. The graphic presentation of them really reinforces the story in my brain. I am so on board for this. Thank you for sharing your talent, artistry, thoughts and heart. I can't wait for the next one.
Thank you for listening Janie. (And multiple times at that) <3 I am so glad it touched you and that the multimedia experience of it is also resonating. I can't wait for you to listen to the next one.

Ahh honnney! I'm so glad it could be a little sunshine slice on a grey day! :) If it's touching you, that's a really, really great sign. <3
